"Excellent detox experience. Calibre of therapists is very high and the chef provides tasty, simple food for the detox. His soups are delicious! I have been given valuable analysis and advice which will help my health and well-being in the future. Nothing complex so achievable. It’s not cheap but this was a valuable investment in me. My only reservation was the shortage of English speakers. The staff are lovely and helpful but I barely had a conversation in English for the first 3 days until I met another English guest. (My schoolgirl German wasn’t sufficient for conversation either) I would highly recommend the Retreat."
