3 Day Detox Plan

She has come with an easy to do delicious detox plan for 3 days. It is easy to do at home and helps to cleanse your system, remove any bloating, re-energise your inner self, beat brain fog, improve digestion and get a glowing and radiant skin.

The best thing is you can extend this 3-day detox for as long as you wish to do. You will start your day by having a glass of apple cider vinegar or warm lemon water to detox your system first thing in the morning. After this have a nourishing breakfast that helps you start your day with vigour. To ensure your blood and sugar levels are on an even keel, you will have 2 delicious snacks. The lunch and dinner are also planned to be not just healthy and detoxifying, but also delicious. Finally end the day with a calming tea like chamomile, peppermint, herbal or kukicha tea.
