The Panchkarma is Soukya's signature programme and is not for the faint hearted.
This intensive detox programme available over twenty one or twenty eights nights aims to help you achieve optimal physical and mental health by cleansing the body of harmful toxins. This is achieved through a strict Ayurvedic detox diet, Yoga, meditation and various cleansing treatments and therapies.
As part of your programme, you will also have access to the retreat's facilities which include a swimming pool, a library and a badminton court.
