  This massage is based on the Theory of the Five Elements of ancient Greek and traditional Chinese medicine. Imbalances in your dominant element are determined and then with the use of different bodywork techniques, rhythms and pressures the therapist creates harmony in your energy flow on a physical & emotional level.
• 1x Group Euphoria Byzantine hammam ritual (60 mins)
  This ritual starts with spending time alone enjoying the warmth, moisture and stillness in the marble hammam. This is followed by a scrub, wash and massage ritual on the heated plinth, with exotic scents and changing rhythms, helping you detox your body.

• 1x Euphoria Chakra sound healing (50 mins)
• 1x Sanctuary for Busy Minds session (50 mins)
  The Sanctuary session combines various energy techniques to relieve stress & bring a profound state of calm. Your therapist opens up the energy channels on your feet, your body & focuses on your head. This session help rejuvenate the hypothalamus, reducing fearful thinking around trust, joy & safety.
