The Taste Of Ayurveda is a great introductory programme for those who are new to Soukya and its unique wellness philosophy.
Available over 6 or 8 days, your programme begins with a health screening and consultation. Following this, you'll enjoy two treatments per day, private and group Yoga sessions and daily activities such as cooking classes and lectures. You'll return home relaxed and refreshed and ready to face the challenges of everyday life once again.
As part of your programme, you will also have access to the retreat's facilities which include a swimming pool, a library and a badminton court.
