Samahita Retreat , ThailandSamahita’s Brain Health Upgrade programme designed is to help you care for and improve the health of your brain and how it works through organic ancient practices such as yoga and meditation as well as modern technology and biohacks.
In addition to access to all classes from Samahita’s YogaCoreCycle programme (yoga, breath, meditation and fitness), you’ll also enjoy delicious and healthy food, Infared sauna and float therapy sessions and a daily brain health session such as meditation entrainment with mini-EEG biofeedback, which involves wearing a mini-EEG device that ‘listens to your brain while you sit during a timed meditation session.
As part of your programme, you will also enjoy use of the salt water swimming pool and use of the herbal steam room.
