- 2x Integrated healing massage sessions (80 mins)
This highly specialized session may include ancient healing methods: TCM, Hawaiian, Yaku Shiatsu,osteopathy-based therapeutical massage, or a 100-minute Ayurvedic treatment, all personalised and part of Preidlhof’s signature wellness method. - 1x Water massage (40 mins)
An experience undertaken at sunrise or sunset to stimulate water-related creativity. This takes place in the outdoor saline Infinity-Pool (during the summer months) and in the beautiful 1950s-inspired indoor pool - now a thermal water pool. - 1x Medical wellness session with Heart Rate Variability measurement (25 + 25 mins)
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a specialist practice which allows the body’s energy efficiency to be measured. HRV measurement can assess the body's resilience to stress, and enables the process and effectiveness of an existing therapy to be monitored. - 1x Medical wellness session: 5 day sleep measurement and analysis or 2x Acupuncture sessions (25 + 25 mins)
- 2x Personal holistic coaching sessions (50 mins)
The session may include dance, postural gym (in pool or on land), rope flow, face yoga, laughteryoga, or voice yoga. - 1x Cloud massage or Silhouette massage (50 mins)
- 1x Sound & quartz healing sessions (75 mins)
This mystic ritual is conducted on a warm therapeutic treatment bed where heated quartz sandgently adapts to the shape of the body. This treatment can be relaxing or regenerating. It relies on deep vibrations resonating from bells, artisanal instruments or a gong played by the therapist, amplified from the quartz, and conveyed to the entire body. - 1x Wellness women consultation (60 mins)
- 1x Kneipp experience (100 mins)
- 1x Deep sea massage (75 mins)
A sensorial and inspiring Thai-inspired massage is given on a futon that emits vibrations and gentle movements to increase awareness, creative flow, and inner attunement. - 5 Days of holistic classes, including Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra, sound healing and forest bathing
