  This treatment helps to lighten the silhouette and eliminate excess water and toxins. Products rich in essential and natural active oils and an enzyme saline scrub are massaged on the body; then a specific bandage is worn before applying the mud that solidifies and allows the actives ingredients to take effect.
• 1x Medical wellness session Heart Rate Variability (HRV) measurement (50 mins)
  Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is a specialist practice which allows the body’s energy efficiency to be measured. HRV measurement can assess the body's resilience to stress, and enables the process and effectiveness of an existing therapy to be monitored.
• 2x BB body boosting (50 mins)
  This personalised body treatment combines cutting-edge products with an innovative, latest-generation and empowered electrostimulation machine. This treatment targets localised adiposity, firms the skin, and addresses cellulite or improves body contours. The treatment is adapted by the therapist according to your needs.
• 1x Kneipp experience (100 mins)
  This excellent body treatment alternates hot and cold water to reactivate natural energy. The therapist chooses techniques including brushing, washing, body wrap, and massage to relax or energize body and mind.
• 1x Slim & detox body treatment (50 mins)
  Specific professional shaping or detox body treatments selected according to your needs and goals; it might be cupping, a detox aroma-massage, or a cellulite mechanical treatment.
• 2x Slim & detox thermal baths (20 mins)
• 1x Personal holistic session (50 mins)
• 5 Days of holistic classes, including Qi Gong, Yoga Nidra, sound healing and forest bathing
