Over seven nights, you will enjoy a variety of Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga and Padabhyanga massages that will help to relax and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul.

Padabhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic therapy, involving the technique of the applying warm herb-infused oil over the feet, followed by a gentle massage. - 1x Herbal stamp massage (50 mins)
- 5x Group Yoga sessions (Mon - Fri - Hatha Yoga Level I+II, Vinyasa Yoga)
- Tea station in the room
- Use of the outdoor seawater pool, sauna area & the natural swimming pool
- Use of the Thalassotherapy pool outside therapy hours
- Access to the Centre of Healthy Motion with a modern gym and cardio equipment
