As the name of this retreat implies, the Nirvana programme is designed to offer you complete serenity at the natural haven that is Neeleshwar Hermitage.

During your programme, you will have the chance to enjoy a range of Ayurvedic treatments after a consultation with the doctor. You will also have the opportunity to enjoy yoga and meditation sessions which act as the perfect accompaniment to your Ayurveda treatments and are sure to bring harmony to your mind, body, and soul in no time at all.

However, this retreat isn’t all about wellness, you will also have the opportunity to spend two nights on board The Lotus, a two-bedroom rice barge, allowing you to get to know the area in true Keralan fashion
