Led by a team of experienced trainers, each day, you’ll enjoy two-three hours of outdoor physical exercise, with activities ranging between interval training, running, cycling, rock climbing and hiking, which will help you to become fitter and stronger.
In tandem with your programme, you will also enjoy access to group activities and lectures, giving you lots of information and knowledge to take home with you.
