The Panchkarma is Dharana at Shillim's signature programme and is not for the faint hearted.
This intensive detox programme available over fourteen, twenty one or twenty eight nights aims to help you achieve optimal physical and mental health by cleansing the body of harmful toxins. This is achieved through a strict Ayurvedic detox diet, Yoga, meditation and various cleansing treatments and therapies.
