This festival is an invitation to explore the full spectrum of holistic wellbeing—from longevity routines to nourishing food, mindful movement, and lifelong education for sustainable living. Above all, it’s a space to let go, laugh, enjoy togetherness, and celebrate new friendships and learnings.

To empower you with practical longevity routines that you can incorporate in your daily life to embrace your fullest potential and live healthier with purpose, joy, and energy.

1. Movements
Movement is the primal force of change. When combined with breath, presence, and the healing landscape of Euphoria Retreat, it has the power to transform not just our bodies but our lives.
In the inaugural year of the Euphoria Wellbeing Festival, movement manifests in many forms: energy through sound healing & meditation, flow through yoga & chanting, embodiment through somatic sessions & dance, and power through dynamic sequencing & pilates. Their programme brings together world-renowned practitioners, internationally acclaimed movement specialists and esteemed Greek experts.
2. Biohacking
Alongside insightful lectures from leading scientists, participants will have hands-on exposure to the latest advancements in biohacking. Throughout the festival, cutting-edge longevity assessments and therapies—typically found in elite clinics—will be available to attendees. From OligoScan, for precise mineral and heavy metal detection and analysis, to rejuvenating red light therapy, innovative IV treatments, and the Nanovi protocol for cellular repair, each session will bring the science of longevity to life. PNOĒ tests will provide deep insights into metabolic health, offering attendees a personalised approach to optimising their wellbeing.

3. Workshops
Welcome to Euphoria's transformative Longevity Workshops, an integral part of their Wellbeing Festival, where science meets innovation for a healthier, longer life. In addition to thought-provoking lectures from leading scientists in the fields of ageing and wellness, these workshops are more than just demonstrations—they are invitations to explore the future of human health. By merging the latest scientific breakthroughs with practical applications, Euphoria hope to empower individuals to take control of their longevity journey.
4. Mindfulness
Prepare to discover, experience and practice new methods to relax your mind, body and learn how to be present.
5. Nutrition
Proud to host renowned chef L. Lazarou. He will share recipes designed to enhance vitality and promote lasting health, drawing inspiration from the wisdom of Pythagorean philosophy and the richness of Greek Mediterranean soil.
6. Connection
A gathering of like minded souls to share, learn, laugh and grow - a community united by the pursuit of deeper mental and spiritual wellbeing. A journey toward deeper mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
What experts will be at the festvial?
The festival draws impressive names from around the globe. Among others, Taryn Toomey, creator of The Class – an intense workout combining movement, breathwork, sound, strength training and emotional release – will guide participants to experience the alchemy of body, mind and spirit. Emily Fletcher, founder of Ziva Meditation, will teach simple, proven formulas, blending ancient wisdom and modern science, to help participants meditate and manifest their dreams. Human Garage founders Jason Van Blerk and Aisha Rodrigue will introduce their pioneering fascia-focused methodology, designed to help the body unwind tension patterns and return to its natural alignment. Renowned yoga teacher, wellness coach, and spiritual guide Janet Stone, will lead sessions on Yoga and Chanting, guiding participants on a journey inward to connect with their deeper purpose.
Marina Efraimoglou and Mary Vandorou will host special sessions on the Euphoria Methodos, drawing from the wisdom of the Five Elements applicable tools for every-day longevity practices.
Participants will also explore nutrition for macrozoe through interactive cooking lessons with Michelin award-winning Greek chef Lefteris Lazarou.
Joining them are internationally recognised medical experts and Euphoria Retreat medical partners Dr. Ioannis Harizanis, Chief of Medical at IMON MED, and Dr George Leon, founder of EUCRASIA, who will share the latest breakthroughs in precision medicine, and the longevity practices.
