Over seven or fourteen nights, through a combination of medical testing, a personalised diet, exercise and treatments such as infusions and airenergy, your health will be optimised and your immune system will be strengthened, which will enable the body to better protect itself against any potential threats to its health and wellbeing.
As part of your programme, you will also enjoy access to the fitness centre, Roman-style pool, sauna & plunge pool.
