Over seven or fourteen nights, a combination of medical testing, the correct nutrition, exercise and various detoxifying and slimming treatments will help you to lose weight and cleanse your body of harmful toxins. You’ll also receive advice on how to continue your detox and weight-loss journey once you return home.
As part of your programme, you will also enjoy access to the fitness centre, large indoor pool, sauna & plunge pool.

Head to toe detox. Exfoliation stimulates the circulation and the skin‘s detoxification process. A chlorella seaweed wrap increases the detoxifying effect. Heat compresses amplify the effects of the detoxifying hot pack.
