Through a combination of a personalised detox diet and various detoxifying treatments, including infrared sauna sessions and ionic detox therapy, which is a foot bath therapy that promotes the releasing of toxic elements through the feet, your body will not only be cleansed of harmful toxins, but it will also be better able to eliminate them in the future too.
As part of your programme, you will also have access to the gym and the Vida Mia Healing Centre and Spa.

This treatment starts with a whole-body vibration session while standing on a platform that vibrates in a designed way to stimulate your hormonal, cardiovascular, lymphatic, and nervous systems simultaneously. It is followed by steam therapy, a green tea detox infusion and a lymphatic drainage massage. It helps to eliminate toxins, increases strength & promotes weight loss, increased bone density and muscle mass. - 3x Ionic detox treatments (60 mins)
Ionic detoxification is a foot bath therapy which allows the release of toxic elements through the feet.
