This intensive detox programme available over fourteen or twenty one nights aims to help you achieve optimal physical and mental health by cleansing the body of harmful toxins. This is achieved through a strict Ayurvedic detox diet, Yoga and various cleansing treatments and therapies.
As part of the programme, you will also have access to the resort's Spa and Gym.
