- Wellness consultation upon arrival and departure with the Doctor including body type analysis and setting lifestyles goals
- Vegetarian personalised diet plan
- Herbal medication specific to your dosha and health condition
- Panchakarma therapies as needed with purgation and/or enema to cleanse the root causes of your health condition
- 5x Group Hatha yoga sessions in the morning and evening (60-90 mins)
