Over 7, 10 or 14 nights, a personal trainer will work one-on-one with you to balance physical activity and a nutritionist will give you the guidelines to a healthier diet, with all of this being complemented by specific wellness treatments.
As part of your programme, you will also have access to the healing waters of Pine Cliff Resort's Thermal Oasis Centre to further enhance the benefits of the programme.
