I came to Palace Merano for a detox and I am seriously impressed, not only with the programme (which was fantastic!) but with everything about my stay. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, you certainly feel like royalty when you enter your room, with the attentive staff making you feel even more taken care of. I can't fault anything about my programme, as far as detox diets go this was certainly one of the more enjoyable ones I have experienced, and I like that there were plenty of other treatments and activities to make the whole stay that bit more interesting. I came to Palace Merano because I have been feeling quite self-conscious about my ageing for some time now and thought I would give an anti-ageing retreat a go. I really am delighted that I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it because I am so so pleased with the results. I really liked that there was a medical aspect to this retreat because I feel much more secure about my health now too.
