  A specific analysis carried out in order to identify the energy status and choose the most suitable personalised programme.
• Personalised phytotherapy
  The Lefay SPA Method uses the oldest form of phytotherapy within its programmes: the herbal tea. During the initial examination and depending on the energy constitution of Guests, a specific medicinal plant is recommended to be taken during and after the stay.
• Intermediate medical interview
• 2x Medical evaluations with ANS monitoring activities with stress-relieving breathing
  ANS Analysis is a tool for measuring our body’s ability to adapt to stress and to regenerate.
• 1x Lefay SPA massage La Finestra del Cielo
  A nurturing massage with Lefay extra-virgin olive oil which, by stimulating energy points, releases tension in the muscles of the head and neck, promoting deep relaxation. The olive oil deeply nourishes the hair, the window to the soul, and makes it healthy and glossy
• 2x Acupuncture sessions

  Using slow movements with medium and enveloping pressure, this massage stimulates certain energy points that have the specific and intrinsic ability to ease muscle tension and relax the spirit, mind and body. The rejuvenated body will be able to perceive lightness as the overwhelming feeling of relaxation, peace of mind and change.

  Feet reflect the entire human body like a mirror. With deep and light pressures we try to re-establish a balance within the body by massaging the feet in ways that match our mental and physical well-being, starting from a holistic vision aimed at increasing awareness and awakening the resources within us all.

  Postures and exercises that relax muscles, tendons and open up joints eliminating energy and mental blockages.

  The “Symbol of Life” Energy and Therapeutic Garden traces the stages of life and is composed by five different stations full of symbolisms. These circuits, with various shapes, colours, essences and specific postures and meditation activities, have a significant effect on the body and the function of indicating to the small elements that compose us.
