The Lanserhof Cure Advanced package is designed for a period of two weeks. This gives the team of doctors and therapists at Lanserhof Tegernsee the opportunity to run an in-depth analysis of your physical and mental condition as well as your personal needs. During the programme you will undergo a number of tests like HRV (heart rate variability measurement), telomere length measurement to determine biological age, nutrient analysis in whole blood, basal metabolism measurement and Bioimpedance analysis. Based on your results you will work with the doctors to develop an extended diagnostic and therapy strategy, also taking into account your personal goals.

This strategy will involve treatments like healing massages, reflexology massage, detox drainage, detox lymph pack with bath and liver compress and salt therapy etc to recharge your body and provide a holistic rehabilitation of your mind and body.

The trip was a great success. I cannot praise Lanserhof enough. The staff are wonderful, attentive, incredibly professional and so friendly. The accommodations were terrific and the surrounding area is so beautiful. From the moment you arrive you feel a wonderful sense of calm and the stress draining out of you. The hotel and clinic are state of the art. The food when we were not on our regime was delicious. Also a very nice mix of other clients. Thank you so much for helping organize our stay and I would highly recommend Healing Holidays to my friends who are seeking a very special spa/medical experience.

I have just got back from Lanserhof and want to thank you for the recommendation. I went mainly to detox after feeling slightly more sluggish than usual and hoping for something to perk me up a bit - I left feeling completely transformed, as if the clock had been turned back. I rang Healing Holidays, on a recommendation from a friend. It was a very different experience from dealing with my regular travel agent. I had a very in-depth consultation with Frances, who asked lots of questions about my health, and ultimately what I wanted to achieve from my wellness break. She had been to Lanserhof, and felt that this was the place for me. She told me which doctor would suit me, what treatments would help me, and her top tips for getting through a week at Lanserhof. I have to say she was spot on, and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Most importantly, I addressed my health concerns, and I feel like myself again. I went a little sceptical, but after completing the retreat at Lanserhof Tegernsee I can say I am a firm believer in the Lans med concept. I wasn't sure whether I would really see results after just a week but I did, and not just this but thanks to the advice of the doctors I know how to sustain them, you really get to learn so much about yourself here. Thank you for the recommendation, you certainly put this medi-spa newcomer at ease and I will definitely come back to Healing Holidays again for all my future spa needs.
