This intensive detox programme available over twenty one or twenty eight nights aims to help you achieve optimal physical and mental health by cleansing the body of harmful toxins. This is achieved through a strict Ayurvedic detox diet, yoga, meditation and various cleansing Ayurvedic treatments and therapies.
