Available over 5 nights, the programme is based on an integrated and personalised approach that combines medical assessment with functional evaluation conducted by the experts of the High Performance Method (HPM) team, aimed at defining the individual’s current physical condition and correcting postural patterns.
The programme is further enriched by the unique therapeutic properties of the thalassotherapy circuit and by personalised massages, designed to support muscle recovery, promote detoxification processes and encourage profound psychophysical regeneration.
Guided hiking and cycling excursions, set in the enchanting Mediterranean maquis landscape, complete the experience, stimulating metabolism and improving physical endurance.

A functional screening designed to assess the participant’s current physical capabilities and provide practical guidance to optimise the programme (outdoor activities, recovery and physical training). The assessment takes an integrated approach, analysing posture, movement quality, mobility and stability, load tolerance, level of physical activity, and the presence of minor aches, discomfort or recurring tension.
