This post-pandemic group programme aims to release the negative emotions, stress, tension and anxiety that have built up, perhaps even subconsciously, during the time of the pandemic. Combining meditation, breathwork and bodywork, journaling, creativity, symbolism and surprises, you will be nurtured back to feeling like yourself again – renewed, restored and re-energised.

This programme can be added to one of Euphoria's existing programmes or enjoyed by itself and customised with additional treatments. Your treatments take place for 3 hours every morning, leaving your afternoons free.

In tandem with your programme, you will also enjoy access to group activities and lectures, giving you lots of information and knowledge to take home with you.

I had an absolutely amazing time ay Euphoria! There is literally not a single negative to feed back. I didn't partake in many classes, I spent alot of time just relaxing in my room or around the complex. I thoroughly enjoyed my treatments, and all aspects of the beautiful spa building.
