Your stay includes 4 Ayurvedic treatments, serving as an introduction to core therapeutic methods. The treatments support gentle release, warming and initial regulation on both physical and mental levels.

Possible treatments may include:

• Abhyanga - Ayurvedic full-body oil massage
  A rhythmic therapeutic massage using warm, medicated oils applied over the whole body.
• Shirodhara - Oil flow on the forehead in combination with Abhyanga
  Continuous pouring of warm medicated oil over the forehead (“Adnya Chakra”). It helps calm the nervous system, reduces stress and supports mental clarity and sleep.
• Pinda Sweda - Massage with herbal pouches
  Pinda Sweda is an age-old massage therapy that uses warm medicated oils in a cloth bag. The bag is placed on the joints, muscles, and tendons to reduce pain, inflammation and other conditions.
• Udvartana - Massage with herbal powder
  A vigorous massage using herbal powders in upward strokes. It helps stimulate circulation, boost metabolism and supports detoxification.
