Following a consultation with one of the retreat's wellness experts, a programme will be put together for you that includes a personalised eating plan and treatment schedule. Your bespoke wellness programmes may include yoga, Pilates, meditation, massages and body care treatments.
You will leave COMO Shambhala Estate relaxed and rested and with tips and advice on how to continue your wellness journey at home.
