Available over 6 nights, the programme combines a medical assessment with osteopathic evaluation and treatment, infusions, biofascial bodywork, mindfulness exercises, selected elements of the Sleep Enhancement programme, and a personalised fitness plan incorporating gym or water-based exercises.
