ADLER Spa Resort Sicilia , ItalyThe Light Detox programme at ADLER Spa Resort Sicilia is designed to relieve bloating, fluid retention, heaviness and digestive fatigue.
A perfect reset button after travelling, stressful periods, seasonal changes or overindulgence, the programme begins and concludes with a medical consultation and body composition assessment. It combines detoxifying treatments to support drainage and stimulate microcirculation, including detox massages, manual lymphatic drainage, infusions and a medically selected drainage therapy, such as a salt hydro-detox, seaweed wrap or detox clay wrap. The programme is further complemented by detoxifying supplements, outdoor walks, an anti-inflammatory detox diet and traditional Ayurvedic drainage treatments.
