Available over 4 nights, the programme combines a specialist orthopaedic or physiotherapy assessment with osteopathic diagnosis and treatment, biofascial applications, and a personalised spa and fitness plan. Depending on individual needs, it may also include targeted training in the fitness area or pool, rehabilitative Pilates, posture exercises, PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), connective tissue or muscle-relaxing massages, mud packs, specialised ADLER spa treatments, and nutritional guidance focused on reducing inflammation.
