ADLER Spa Resort Sicilia , ItalyThe Body Slimming programme at ADLER Spa Resort Sicilia is designed for people wishing to improve their body composition, muscle tone and body contours, reduce localised fat deposits and adopt healthier habits.
Available over 4 nights, the programme begins with a medical consultation and body composition analysis, allowing treatments to be tailored to each guest’s individual needs. These may include body-contouring procedures such as MS Sculpt and cryolipolysis, supported by manual lymphatic drainage to aid post-treatment recovery. The programme may also incorporate ADLER’s body slim & tone ritual, biofascial bodywork combined with aesthetic treatments, a personalised nutrition plan and a bespoke exercise programme featuring walks and outdoor activities.
