Immunity Boosting Concoction

Changing seasons are often associated with body imbalances, which can only be withstood and corrected through a strong immune system. Try this recipe from Vana's Ayurvedic doctor to help you take care of yourself at this time.

Ingredients:

  • 1g Dry ginger powder
  • 1g Licorice
  • 1g Cinnamon powder
  • 1g Cumin
  • 5 to 10 Basil leaves

Method:

Steep all the ingredients in 1 litre of water. Take 30ml thrice a day for a week
