RAKxa Integrative Wellness also excels at fitness, with training taking place inside their Olympic-standard medical gym. This facility is home to a team of world-class physiotherapists and exercise physiologists who, after thoroughly assessing you, will design a completely individualised training programme based on the principles of corrective exercise, performance rehabilitation and neuromuscular training.
Food also plays a very important part in RAKxa Integrative Wellness' philosophy. Rooted in the ancient practice of food as medicine, RAKxa view nutrition as more than just sustenance—it’s a cornerstone of your wellness and vitality. Their approach to nutrition is inspired by centuries of wisdom from Eastern traditions and grounded in modern nutritional science, where each dish is crafted to nourish.
When not undergoing treatments, guests can join the daily lectures & movement classes, (Tai Chi, Yoga, Pilates & Muay Thai boxing), relax in their spacious villa, enjoy the property's various facilities, which include a herbal steam room and infrared sauna, explore nearby nature trails or head into Bangkok for a spot of sightseeing.
