The Mayr Cure is based on the idea that digestive health is key and that many health disorders and illnesses originate in the gut – spanning everything from depression and mood disorders, to deep-rooted inflammatory conditions. At Lanserhof Sylt, the medical department is headed by Dr. Jan Stritzke, who along with his expert team of doctors, therapists, sports and nutrition scientists and beauticians will devise a personalised detox programme that will get you back to good health in no time at all.
