Through Yogic kriyas like sutraneti, Jala nethi, vamana dhouthi etc the body is also detoxified.

On arrival a wellness consultant will meet you to fix the wellness program depending on your Dosha (Body constitution). The entire wellness retreat will be customised as per length of stay and your wellness requirements.
