Detoxifying and slimming diet
1x Toxaemia level assessment
A questionnaire and a specific medical examination determine the body's level of intoxication, which is the main cause of being overweight and many other diseases and disorders.
1x Bio-energetic check-up
This involves the bio-energetic measurement of the vital functions of the body and energy flow along the channels that run through the body, according to the teachings of Chinese medicine.
1x Bone densitometry and body composition assessment subject to medical evaluation
In this assessment, a sophisticated scanning system is used to identify data for both the health of the bone structure (osteopenia, osteoporosis), and the tissue composition and distribution of body fat, with great precision.
1x Detoxifying and slimming diet consultation
Designed to induce deep tissue cleansing, and is based on natural, vegetable-based, hypoallergenic foods that re-balance the body's functions.
Dietary examination
Post-treatment stage diet plan
4x Cellular resonance treatments with energy control
Pain management therapy, effective against pain caused by inflammation, muscle stretching, articular strains and contusions. Improves lymphatic circulation. A device using radio-frequency waves stimulates the ion channels and the acupuncture points. The therapy is non-invasive and no pain is felt.
6x Tendon-muscle massages
This is carried out manually using instruments that can dissolve energy blocks, acting on muscle & tendon tissue by toning & revitalising it. The cupping glasses make it possible to speed up the wave rhythm of the liquids and to stimulate the elimination of waste & cell regeneration, which helps to detoxify the body leaving you full of energy.

I came to Palace Merano for a detox and I am seriously impressed, not only with the programme (which was fantastic!) but with everything about my stay. The hotel itself is simply beautiful, you certainly feel like royalty when you enter your room, with the attentive staff making you feel even more taken care of. I can't fault anything about my programme, as far as detox diets go this was certainly one of the more enjoyable ones I have experienced, and I like that there were plenty of other treatments and activities to make the whole stay that bit more interesting. I came to Palace Merano because I have been feeling quite self-conscious about my ageing for some time now and thought I would give an anti-ageing retreat a go. I really am delighted that I decided to bite the bullet and just go for it because I am so so pleased with the results. I look and feel younger, and more importantly I feel much happier and more confident because of this. I really liked that there was a medical aspect to this retreat because I feel much more secure about my health now too. I would definitely recommend this retreat to anyone who is feeling quite unhappy because of the effects of ageing.

I was in need of a pick me up after over indulging over the festive period and just generally letting winter get me in a slump, so I opted to come to Palace Merano Espace Henri Chenot for a detox programme. It really has helped to give me the boost I desperately needed, I am back on track with my diet which was especially helped by the diet plan I was given for after my stay and I generally feel much healthier. The detox here felt really thorough which was great as it meant I really saw results quickly. I hope to keep my bad habits in check a little better but if I do slip back into old ways I will certainly be coming back here, I have already recommended it to some of my friends!
