Available over five nights, it is highly customised and starts with a consultation with The Retreat's Ayurvedic doctor. Each day, he will provide concierge-level service to heal and transform the body, mind, and soul. Depending on the diagnosis, this will help to heal cellular diseases and promote longevity.
As part of your programme, you will also have access to the gym and the Vida Mia Healing Centre and Spa.
