Their Ranch Italy Taster Retreat is perfect for those who are not familiar with The Ranch's unique wellness philosophy or for those who are not able to commit to their longer and more intensive 7 night programme.

Over a long weekend, you will enjoy daily guided hikes, a daily massage, daily naps and daily fitness and Yoga classes. You will also receive diagnostic testing, a blood panel and a consultation with Palazzo Fiuggi's renowned doctors.

Your daily routine is complemented by a nutritionally dense, plant-based menu with an Italian flair, created by 3-star Michelin Chef Heinz Beck and prepared by his Palazzo Fiuggi culinary team in accordance with The Ranch’s Executive Chef.

You’ll leave with a greater sense of self, feeling rested and rejuvenated while having lost a few pounds and gained a bit of muscle.
