Lily of the Valley , FranceThe "Intensive Weight Loss" programme is based on rigorously applying the "TGV" method developed by nutritionist doctor, Dr Jacques Fricker.
Throughout the duration of your stay, you'll be monitored by the resort's dietician and team of coaches trained by Dr Fricker, in order to get your diet plan off to a strong start. This first step is about losing a lot of weight quickly. A strict diet, combined with an exercise programme and treatments that promote drainage and fat loss, will help you to lose pounds fast.
As part of your programme, you will also enjoy access to daily group classes and access to the Shape Academy facilities, which include a large fitness room, saunas, a steam room, and a snow shower.
